Bring Your Grandparent To Play Day
Join us for the fun! Enjoy this day off school at Saint Ambrose. On Monday, February 17, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm in Hilkert Hall, all grandparents (great aunts and uncles, etc.) with children age 3-10 are invited! We will play old fashioned games like musical chairs, hot potato, egg and spoon race, crafts and more. Just show up. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes.

Feel incredible health benefits of gentle, safe stretching. Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
Enjoy stretching while sitting on a chair, and using a chair for balance while doing standing movements. It’s a comfortable environment. Come try it out!
