gifts. In the same spirit\, a house blessing marks our homes as places where Jesus is welcomed\, faith is lived\, and God’s presence is sought throughout the year. \nDuring the blessing\, a priest or deacon will pray with your family\, ask God’s protection and peace upon your household\, and bless your home for the year ahead.
