Festival Raffle Rules

• Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket or tickets.
• Must be a resident of the State of Ohio to enter the raffle.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• Must purchase $150 in tickets to be eligible for early bird prizes.
• Proper identification is required to claim any prize (valid driver’s license).
• W9 must be completed prior to receiving your prize.
• All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
• All ticket stubs must be returned by 9:15pm on Sunday, June 23, 2024 to be entered into the drawing.
• Neither Saint Ambrose Catholic Parish, The Diocese of Cleveland, the Bishop of Cleveland or any other organization or business sponsoring or participating in the 2024 Festival Raffle assumes any liability for any claims, injury or other damages arising out of possession of any winnings, trips or vehicles obtained through this ticket. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges a limitation of liability and acceptance of rules and regulations outlined above and by the State of Ohio.

Festival Raffle Ticket Information & Guidelines

Certain restrictions apply for all festival prizes:

• Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees.
• Winner must complete a W2G form with the Saint Ambrose Business Office PRIOR to receiving prize.
• Winner will be notified with a phone call the night of June 23rd and again on June 24th, then by mail.
• Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
• Void where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: A new car from Brunswick Auto Mart! Win a new 2024 Toyota Corolla or Volkswagen Jetta – a $25,000 value! Brunswick Auto Mart reserves the right to finalize and work through all details with prize winner. Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, title and fees.
