Ladies, join us for a lady’s day out with your gal pals and experience the excitement and beauty of spring as we enjoy a scrumptious day that will include mimosa bar, crepe bar and brunch. Then we will see all the latest fashions from Golden Mirror Boutique in Medina modeled by our very own parishioners. And to top it off, Shannon Whitmore, Ascension Presenter and Author of See Yourself as God Does, will help us in the struggle to accept that they are made in the image of God. In a broken world filled with lies about women's physical beauty, they have a hard time seeing themselves as beautiful and hand-crafted by God.

Presenter: Shannon Whitmore

Shannon Whitmore is a homeschooling mom with a passion for sharing the truth of God’s love for the human person as well as the beauty of the vocation to marriage and family life. She graduated from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and the Family in 2015 with a master’s degree in theology. After more than a decade of working in religious education, youth ministry, and sacramental preparation, Shannon finally realized her dream of becoming a full time stay-at-home mom and a part-time writer.

Shannon lives in northwestern Virginia with her husband, Andrew, and their two children: John and Felicity.
