Busy Bees

This is a dedicated team of parishioners who assist the parish, school, and various ministries with office-related projects. Volunteers help with tasks such as preparing mailings, assembling bulletin inserts, organizing materials, and providing general administrative support. Serving on an on-call basis, projects may be scheduled in advance or arise as needed, typically lasting from one to a few hours. This flexible ministry is ideal for individuals with strengths in communication, organization, and attention to detail. Through their service, volunteers help lighten staff workloads and support the smooth operation of parish life.
