About This Ministry

Is God calling you to grow in faith or explore the Catholic Church more deeply? Saint Ambrose Parish invites you to begin the Journey to Emmaus—the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. OCIA is designed for those interested in learning about Catholic beliefs, prayer, and traditions while discerning God’s call in their lives. It is also for baptized Christians seeking full communion, Catholics who have not received the sacraments, or anyone simply curious about the faith. Through prayer, conversation, and community support, participants are guided step by step as they grow closer to Christ and prepare to receive the sacraments.
