Please copy Pam Cashman (PCashman@StAmbrose.us) and Debbie McCready (DMcCready@StAmbrose.us) on your email as well. You can also drop a hard copy off at the front desk.

If using the PDF, please email (or supply a hard copy) of the room Set-up Form to Setup@StAmbrose.us no later than two weeks prior to the event. Please submit both forms.
