Safety at Saint Ambrose

Safety extends beyond campus safety to taking care of each other.

  1. Our parish is blessed with a very active Mental Health Ministry and Stephen Ministry. If you or someone you know is in a difficult moment in their life, please reach out to the Parish Office so we can offer help and support (330.460.7300).
  2. We want to care for and protect all of God’s children. We utilize the programs outlined by the Diocese to equip and train our members, volunteers and staff using VIRTUS and Called to Protect.  You can read more about these programs in this directory. If you need to be trained or have questions, please contact Mary Jo Halenar (330.460.7300 or mhalenar@StAmbrose.us).
  3. Our parish is equipped with AED machines in the narthex, gym, school and Lehner Center. Next time in your in these buildings, take a minute to identify their location. It’s one more way to help take care of all of our members.
