Do you feel called to help middle school students grow in their love of Jesus? As an ABLAZE Core Team member, you will guide our students in discussions or activities (with plenty of directions to guide you), get to know these students and really pour into their hearts!

The ABLAZE Discipleship Team is a group of middle school students (grades 6-8) who help to plan and promote our ABLAZE programming. We meet on the first Friday of each month. All are welcome!

Kitchen Krew
Parents, we need your help to help prepare and serve food at our ABLAZE Nights. All ingredients and supplies will be provided, along with guidance from Chef Ted (this will be super easy–mostly warming things and serving). If everyone signed up for just one ABLAZE Night, we would easily have every night covered. Thank you so much for supporting our ministry!

Living Nativity

We need lots of help to make this event successful. Please consider donating some of your time. Students are need to help with set-up, food serving, and clean-up.
New Year’s Ladies Tea
Saturday, January 11 – 10:00am-1:00pm
Our parish needs our help at the New Year’s Ladies Tea. Help serve and replenish beverages, be runners for the buffet table, clear away dishes, and then after the tea, help with cleaning up.
ABLAZE Christmas Party!
Sunday, December 22 – 6:00pm
Joy to the world! It’s time for our annual ABLAZE Christmas Party! Bring a $5 present YOU would want for our gift exchange game. Wear your best Christmas SWAG–prizes for the BEST Christmas outfit! Bring a friend–or 10! We will start at the 5pm Mass (we sit together) and then meet in the Mother Teresa Room for the Christmas Festivities!
5pm Teen Mass
Sunday, December 22 – 6:00pm
The 5pm Mass is meant to be a Mass especially for our teens and middle school students. Come help us make it welcoming to all of the teens of our parish by serving as liturgical ministers, sitting together with your ABLAZE friends, and sharing in this special time of prayer and worship together!
WWP Babysitting
Tuesdays – 6:15pm-8:00pm
The Walking with Purpose ministry needs our help. They are looking for 1-2 students who are willing to help an adult leader with babysitting during the Walking with Purpose sessions. There will be planned activities and toys for the children to play with. Currently, there are about 5 children registered, ranging in ages from 2-4 years-old.
Girls’ “Treasured” Overnight Retreat
January 10-11, 2025 6:00pm-9:00am
You are treasured by God! Scavenger hunt with prizes…Time to chat in small groups…Bracelet-making & prayer affirmations…Movie & snacks before lights out! Open to all girls in 6th-8th grades. This is a free event!
