“Healthy Ideas” is a free program for adults ages 60+ to screen for symptoms of depression and to generate ideas about how to cope with these symptoms. Catholic Charities staff will provide these services at Saint Ambrose, via phone or zoom video. The program is designed to be brief and most participants see progress within a few weeks.
