Formerly known as “chair yoga”. For all fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a light weight. Integrated with prayers to strengthen the soul as well as the body. $5 Cost paid to the instructor.
*Class meets weekly in Mother Teresa except for the 1st Wednesday of the month meets in Hilkert Hall.
