New Year’s Mass Times
As we head into the New Year, please join us for Mass on December 31 (4 pm and 5:30 pm) or January 1, 2021 (9 and 10:30 am). As we celebrate the Solemnity of Mary, it’s a great way to start the New Year by coming to the Lord in prayer.
You can join us in person or virtually (www.StAmbrose.us/watchmass). What is most important is that we set Christ as the foundation of our lives, our homes, our family and our new year.
Reflect on the blessing of your families while renewing our commitment to use the new year to strengthen the bonds of family life. As the adage goes: “Families that pray together, stay together.” How can we strengthen the bonds of faith and family in 2021?

Family Prayer in the New Year
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for this opportunity to start anew in the upcoming year. It is because of you that we navigated safely through this past year. There are countless blessings around us if we have eyes to see them. We welcome the year ahead of us with HOPE.
We, as a family, Lord, know that we are so blessed. We pray for strength to get through the hardest parts of the year, and the many adjustments we would be making. We pray that should temptation stumble upon our path, we could simply look away, remembering, and desiring every goal we have set.
May our family remain close and work together towards wonderful things. We know that nothing we do compares to your glorious work, but we strive to be like you in everything we do. Let us start this new year off the right way, and that is by talking to you, Lord God.
In your name, we pray, Amen!
