Apprenticeship In Faith Formation

The Spiritual Acceleration: Apprenticeship in Faith Formation program will develop our leaders into a higher level of engagement and robust discipleship. It will be a holistic approach to a training program that will bring leaders and participants to a new level of spirituality or acceleration through the use of training curriculum, tools, and strategies that will result in not only mentor-ship but transformation of participating members.

Spiritual Acceleration Skills:
Build spiritual relationships
Provide quality care to participants
Develop a more powerful prayer life
Learn skills of conflict management
Engage and retain members
Evaluate progress achieving goals

Run meetings with a clear purpose
Lead powerful discussions
Model accountability
Establish strategic vision
Raise up an apprentice leader
